Welcome to Mumbai Oasis Agro Tourism & Resort

Please read the following rules and regulations which are obligatory for all our guests. We reserve the right to deny admission, or to require a person already admitted to leave the hotel, without refund or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behaviors, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances so require.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

  • Free Cancellation of bookings if cancelled in between booking date and 7 day(s) before checkin date.
  • 15% percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled in between 7 day(s) before checkin date and 4 day(s) before checkin date.
  • 50% percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled in between 4 day(s) before checkin date and 2 day(s) before checkin date.
  • 100% percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled in between 2 day(s) before checkin date and before checkin date.
  • 100% percent cancellation charges will be levied if cancelled after checkin date or on No show.
  • Refund process will take 7 -14 days.

Guest Check in Policy:

  • Identity cards are mandatory for all the guests to stay at the property. Pan card or office id cards are not accepted.
  • Due room bill if any has to be paid while checking in. Food and beverages bill can be paid at the time of checkout.
  • Early checkin or late checkout is only allowed based on availability and prior intimation. Extra charges applicable.
  • Unmarried couples are allowed with proper photo identity proof.
  • Security Guard has the authority to check guest luggage and belongings if required.
  • No guest is allowed to give up his or her room to be used by third parties even if the room has been duly paid for.

Swimming Pool Uses Policy:

  • Pool Timing: Morning 9.30 A.M. – 3 P.M, Evening : 5:00 P.M – 11:00 P.M.
  • Guests staying at the resort may use the swimming pool area free of charge.
  • Swimming costume is mandatory to use in the swimming pool. You can carry any polyester or nylon type dress or rent at the property.
  • No Glassware is permitted in the pool area.
  • Food and drinks are not permitted on the pool decks.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the swimming pool.
  • Chewing tobacco, pan masala etc. inside the pool premises is strictly prohibited.
  • Do not apply any lotion/cream on the body before entering the pool.
  • Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear.
  • Follow the instructions of the staff on duty at all times for your safety.
  • Donot use the pool when it is mentioned as closed.
  • Hotel or Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality, even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming area.
  • These rules and regulations are subject to change without any prior notice.

Pet Policy

  • Pets are allowed with prior booking, no extra charges for pet however extra cleaning charges or damages charges apply.

Food & Drinks Policy

  • Restaurant/Room Service timing: Breakfast : 8.30 A.M – 10.30 A.M, Lunch : 1 P.M – 3 P.M, Snacks: 5 P.M – 9 P.M, Dinner : 8 P.M – 11 P.M
  • Ordering and delivery of food from outside is allowed at their own risk.Plates and cutlery will be charged as per actual.
  • Once food order is placed from a restaurant, it can’t be cancelled.

Guest Policy

  • Room check in time is from 2:00 P.M. Check out is until 11:00 A.M.
  • Late checkout is not allowed without prior booking and can cause extra charges for any delay.
  • Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document.
  • Wi-Fi internet is free and available to the guests. Password is provided at the Reception.
  • Please remove the room key from the key hole before leaving the guest room.
  • Resort bears no responsibility for any damage or loss of your personal belongings. In case of any loss, you are kindly requested to immediately inform Reception
  • Pre Wedding or any kind of photography is allowed based on prior intimation. Management decisions will be final in this regard.
  • We assume that the Guests are familiarized and fully understand the Hotel Rules at the beginning of their stay in our Hotel.
  • Bills must be settled by cash or GPAY/Phonepay/Paytm, personal cheques and credit cards are not accepted.
  • Smoking is strictly not allowed in the room.

  • We collect Personal Data in accordance with the law, and provide you with resort services.

  • Service provider(s) we use to support our business who provide services such as information processing, managing and enhancing customer data, providing customer service, assessing your interest in our products and services, and conducting customer research or satisfaction surveys;
  • In the event of merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of the Company’s assets, in such case personal information held by the Company about its customers will be considered among the assets to be transferred to the buyer.
  • In case, Jaypee Hotels engage a third party to process an individual’s personal data on its behalf, that third party will be bound by our data privacy policies.
    –> Billing Information
    –> For Products and Services requiring payment, we collect a billing name, phone number, and email address. We also collect a billing address for invoicing purposes. If you elect to pay by credit card, we may engage a third party to securely process your payment. All payment processing is done through a PCI DSS compliant third party. If customers are paying by a credit card, their card details are vaulted through a third party payment gateway.
